We are Modular Wood, we are family. We are experts in constructing wooden prefabricated houses and prefabs for Scandinavian countries.
Our modules and prefabs are built in accordance with the hygge philosophy. The source of our inspiration are dreams of beautiful and functional architecture. The space of the houses is comfortable supported by natural materials and large windows. Those elements add a timeless style to our design.
Every project is executed with great care and attention to detail. The houses are ready-made or individual projects.
Our engineers and specialists have extensive experience in construction. Modular-Wood derives from the Yabimo company, which has been known for many years mainly in Iceland, Norway and Sweden and specializes in industrial constructions.
All Modular Wood buildings are designed and built to comply with local building regulations. The production factories are located in Poland and the wood and materials we use are certified and meet EU and regional standards.

WHY MODULAR?
Prefabricated houses are innovative, functional, comfortable and cost effective. The whole project and prefabrication process takes place in our production house followed by fast assembly on-site.
