Prefabricated wooden houses consist the ready house elements such as walls, ceilings, roof made in wooden closed panels. Prefabricated elements are manufactured in the factory, where they are equipped with the windows and doors, protected and after transported to the site and assembled by crane. Building assembly time depends on the house size and the complexity of the solid, but it normally takes around 3-7 days, within that time you can enjoy how rapidly your dreamed house is formed

If you have not found a house that 100% suits you, but you like our products ? Draw something, even a sketch by hand, mark the main dimensions, number of people you would like to place there, specify equipment and send us your inquiry. Our design office will check which of our technologies your project can be adapted to and estimate the cost of the investment.
You decide for yourself to what extent the home will be delivered to you. If you would like to add or remove something, this is the right time to do it. If you decide that the offer covers all your expectations and you accept it, we prepare contract for you to sign.
Your house is on its way. Don’t forget to order a crane for unloading. When the house is set on the foundation, connecting electricity and water will be very easy. All you need is a plug and a cold water hose. You can make all connections by yourself if everything has been prepared with the instructions provided. And finally…. all you have to do is enjoy your new home. It’s all very simple right?
Your order is being prepared. We will prepare for you an architectural documentation that includes common arrangements. After approving the final version of the project, we will create a detailed design that will be sent to the production department. Before we start the production of the house , you will have to complete all formalities related to the building permit. During the production of your home, you will have to take care of preparing the foundations and bringing the utilities to the property. Of course, you will receive from us a foundation scheme with exact dimensions and location of foundations. We will also send you places where you need to bring water, electricity and sewage. In the meantime, we will ask you to confirm the colors of windows, doors, walls, floors and furniture (if they are in the range of your choice).
